Exercise Type: Run
Weather: cool enough to wear a sweatshirt!!!
Comments:
Decided that even though the PT had told me to rest from running this week, that since I'd run at two MS meets and a HS meet, I should just go ahead and run with Lew. We did 5 min walk, then 8x90 second runs with 1 min recov walks in between. Knee was fine and the runs didn't feel slow (at this point in my fitness). A long road ahead.
