Ran alone after school. Clockwise, cutting across Ft. Reno Fields to Belt to shorten the route to a generous 2 miles. Felt fine. Knee has been clicking gently, without pain for the 24 hours since. 8:00 pace for the last half mile. Did some clams, double leg bridges and 25 PU after.
