Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
The thing I always hate about any type of hill setting on a treadmill is that there's no downhill. And some (like today's program) have nothing but uphill for a half hour. Kind of an unrealistic program as I don't think I'd just pick up and run up the side of a mountain regularly. The knee wasn't too happy with this assumption either.
