Figured I should toss a couple comments into my log because looking back at what I'd done this summer to this point I increased my long run by 4 miles this week over any other run this summer and finished 15 miles higher than I've been any other week this summer, but this week felt great probably one of my best weeks of training ever. Only really felt tired on two runs Tuesday and Today and today only for the first 3 miles. Thought about hitting 100 this week but decided to wait until next week. The big toe thing is back a little but all I have to do is ice that to make it go away.
