Comments:
Did a 3k warmup (17:23), 3k time trial (11:58), then a 2.5 mile cooldown (20:53) according to coach. Felt pretty good today, just not my best. Wanted to get around 11:45 but hopefully I can run even faster than that next time...who knows. Just glad I at least broke 12. Spikes felt better than I thought they would, didnt give me hardly any pain. Shins hurt on the cooldown.
Also skiied for about 15 min today, which wore me out and I'm sure I will be quite sore.
