Plyos and Poop

Comments:
Did the plyometrics with Kell and the team. It was pretty productive, lots of jogging in between. I give it 3 miles. Then I did Poop Loop with Greg and Jimmy. It seemed to have a lot of dog poop on it. At first I was dieing, but I found myself in a mile. Started to feel the fatigue of plyos by the end of the run up the long hill back to RL (went the road way cause of snow).
