Ridge Hills

Comments:
I was doing ridge from my house but my body was in so much pain going up the first big hill. It was a different pain though, my lungs, chest, and throat felt tight and I was light headed at the top. I had to stop, and I questioned my will to keep running. I ran down the one side of the hill (Iron Stone Rd.) and around back up the regular Ridge side. I felt a bit better, but still not normal, the cold wind I was breathing didn't help. I went back like an out and back and felt much stronger and faster. I think I really need to work on my breathing, eating, and sleeping. Better late than never, I'm gonna start getting in shape.
