well i got a black eye today in pippin cause billy and i messed up our backflip trick. i went to track and warmed up. strecthed a little, but i need to remember to stretch more because my legs, especially hamstrings have been so tight lately that it sometimes hurts to take off boots. i did my 8 200s at about 32 pace, which was what i wanted. i need to keep my head from lifting to much, as coach pointed out. once i did that, i started going a little faster. then i did a cooldown and a snowball fight with tim and austin. after the workout, i did 9 min abs, but i wasnt doing them very hard, so the last two minutes i made up for it by doing 2 min straight of planks. that felt splendid.
