ran the warmup, which i haven't been adding to the total on my runs, and finished up before i realized that my leg was hurting a lot. it started when i was stretching a quad, lost my balance and had to rotate a bit before i got my balance back. i think my injury might have something to do with the muscles or tendons connecting my hip and leg
