Indoor long run

Comments:
Running was a struggle for almost the entire time this morning, legs felt heavy and sore as if I was brand new! :( started to feel small tenderness in left inner ankle around mile 4 but didn't get bad as saturday and I put ice on for 25 minutes after. Overall crappy run but I got it in.
