Comments:
Had trouble getting laces on new shoes right which was distracting. Another slow crappy start to a run and I never got into a groove or felt good, managed to barely hang on for 4.5 miles but wanted to quit at 3, WTF!!! Felt twinge/pull in left quad, slight start of inner left ankle tenderness and even weird tightness/twing on bottom of feet and right shin acting up. Overall awful run. Taking tomorrow off than may revert to run walk technique over the weekend. Ughh!!
