Exercise Type: Run

Back to back runs over two hours. It was a pretty solid run. Ran the second half faster than the first half which was good. First half with Jake around Scott then to FOPA to meet him and Catherine after soccer practice. Found the hill at Mills Pride that you can't run up. Got to 30 feet from the top and just couldn't go anymore. Pushed the last few miles into the mid 6s and that was pretty easy. Did 5 striders during the last 6 minutes of my run. Still had quite a bit of speed because Catherine chased me while I was adding on and was able to throw in a really good burst of speed.
