Comments:
Jogged as fast as I could without hurting myself to AU (about 12:00 pace I think). Stretched for longer than I ran over there, then ran back (9:00ish pace). Form was much better on way back, and pushed as hard as I could without hurting myself. Could have gone longer, but didn't want to overdo it. Stretched at school, but not as much as before since I had stretched 10 minutes before.
