"long run" turned short

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: New treadmill in the basement

Comments:
Since starting this program, this is the first time I did workout 2 days apart (instead of 3) and my legs weren't recovered. The quads were still sore/tired. This was supposed to be 8 miles at this pace but only did 4.5.
First run on new treadmill. I like it but room got to hot so we'll get a fan.
Shins sore but not getting worse right now so hopefully will be OK
