Comments:
Felt extremely sluggish in warm ups. We started the mile a little late too. The first lap was right on pace at 1:15, pretty close to Kevin, Greg, and John. Kevin and Greg started to pull away, and John and I settled in a bit. 1:20 lap for the 2nd and 3rd. We both picked it up in the final lap and he outsprinted me. Not bad for the first 1600 since last spring. A solid cooldown afterward on the track and then Poop Loop.
