1 mile time trial with JC (5:52)
9 person relay (.25 miles)

Felt pretty good today, the two miles I did on the track with the time trials felt really good and easy. Then we did some handoff demonstration stuff and did a 9 person relay. My hamstrings feel a little sore after the sprinting.

I did a good warm up to start
