Comments:
well. went barefoot on the road, up and down the block. than sat back down at the dinner table. then got up two mins later and went down and back again. felt good just to cruise around a bit. my grandma lives basically in the mountains, and going downhill back down the block wasn't great cause it was so steep. but the uphill was alright. knee didnt hurt any more after than it did before...
bottom line:
this isn't a passing thing (I'd be better by now)...but I'm doubting a full on stress fracture. hopefully caught it before it was too late. we'll see.
