Hill Sprints

Comments:
Warmed up for a really long time, then did 3 sets of 5 full hill sprints. Half a mile in between each set to get the workout moving quicker. The sprints were tough and hurt my shins more than then anything, but I thought I fared pretty well. After 6 laps on the track for a cooldown Greg and I decided we were dead and stopped.
