So I did a 1 mile warm up which was a 6:50, then I stretched and did speed development with quite a few striders. Then we did a 400m time trial, I went out hard and just hung on, the wind was terrible down the home stretch but I still ran a 51.7. Then I switched into my neon shoes and did a 3 mile time run at 16:44 with mile splits of 5:39-5:35-5:30. My quads felt pretty heavy, but it was a good tempo. Then I did a 1 mile cool down (7:46). After that I iced.
