Week 6 Long Run

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I was supposed to do 16 but woke up in severe stomach pain. I went back to bed, instead of meeting the folks I was supposed to run with. When I woke, I felt better, but not 100%. Since I knew I was weak because I wasn't retaining anything, I decided to shorten my run. I felt good during the run, though after about 6 or 7, I began to feel my weakness and glad I didn't try for 16.
