Weather: pretty cold and mostly cloudy
Comments:
very short before people came over. to the tree and back. halfway through the return trip we increased the pace a little and we maintained it till the end. Now starts the pace concentration. we have been going very slow, i'd like to increase the pace to get to a normal running practice pace. said we will start keeping track of time, timing our runs, etc.
