Weather: Sunny, breezy
Comments:
Ran with Tyler and Caitlin. Started out at a fast pace, gradually slowed into a steady pace, quicker than our runs at the river.
Did a loop that was 1.4 mi. long and then did one of their "mile loops" from x-country. Finished and stretched.
Went to EGHS, checked out the new all-weather track- did a 1/4 mi. (one lap) around the new track. Fast pace.
