Weather: not used to the heat yet
Comments:
Stopped after a mile and did the dynamic stretching routine. Ran the next 5 miles pretty hard, tough on the uphills but I fell like I made up for it on the downhills. Stopped with a mile to go and stretched. Stomach felt weak and quesie towards the end of the run.
