Weather: nice but got kinda muggy

Comments:
Tempo at towers, a little windy and legs felt meh, 5:57, 5:43, 5:48, 5:41, 5:44, and an extra minute. First mile was kind of a warm-up, but really felt kinda crappy until after 3 miles. Last two miles felt better and legs felt better on cooldown
