Comments:
John and I went to the track to do repeat 800s. I failed my drivers test this morning so that was a downer. I felt really bad on all the 800s, kinda sick and out of breath. We only did 6:30 start to start the whole time which was a bad idea. I decided not to do the 5th one, but help john out to break 2:30 for his last. I felt perfectly fine running a 1:13 lap. The extra minute or so rest was all I needed to feel fine. Glad I got out in did some sort of speed today though. I don't think I was fully recovered from Thursday or yesterday either.
