1m warmup 3m "intervals" 1m cooldown just like all early highschool workouts this was a joke. aerobacilly fell great this stuff feels so easy but my legs need to cath up to where i am aerobaiclly. but i know when i get into the college stuff in a few days my legs are gonna get raped into shape.
