Comments:
w/ chris. devloped a minor right hamstring strain from yesterday which im pissed about because i worked very hard this summer trying to stregthen my hammy to prevent this. started off feeling worse than ever struggling to get up a hill completly winded. then relaxed a little and the run went fine.
