Comments:
All out sprint, jog a lap+ up to next starting line. Started out well, was right next to Andris on the 350 but then faded as workout went on. Lent my watch to Tae so I'm not sure of paces, I know I was a 45 for the 300 and around a 28 for the 2. Considering my PR is a 28 high for the 200, I'd say this was a pretty good workout for me.
