Comments:
I was really dehydrated, i was suppose to do mile repeats to day but yet again, I did not. Fisrt repeat was in 5:17, not bad at all. But tired me out. then I did 1010 meter repeats, in about 3:25.
and then i did 2 500 meter repeats, in about 1:40.
In all it was about 4 milesof repeats, with 1 mile warm up, and 1 mile cool down.
