slow steady to AU, hips hurt, 2 laps steady, steady back to school. also, left side is hurting (muscle), but i think it's because i hadn't done planks for a while before yesterday. also forgot to put on running shoes, but it wasn't a big issue. 4 striders at AU, didn't do too well, i still feel lethargic for some reason
