Weather: sunny, cool, windy
Comments:
Didn't run the mile well, second 400 split was 12 seconds worse than first, but then got better. Hips didn't hurt during the race but did before and after. I don't really know why I didn't run well, but part of it could have been that I haven't had the training and another was definitely that I was alone. 4x1600 B team, we got last.
