Weather: 50 and windy in the morning, really nice by 4 though

Comments:
4x8- 1:57.5
Sick race, very windy but got out well on the leadoff and tucked behind hornsby. Felt a little uncomfortable at 400 (55) and started to die off 3rd 200, but last 150 opened up really well and closed a little ground on hornsby. Wind was awful on the homestretch, times worth at least a second faster... which is exciting

4x1600 - 4:29
Went out hard, but then by the third lap was in no-man's land with the wind. Picked it up on the last lap, but it ended up kind of like a workout, pretty boring.

4x4- 52.7!
Legs actually felt looser after the mile, ran it really well and didn't die out as much as usual in the last 100. 4x4 is so fun
