Comments:
Wanted to go farther today, but legs didn't feel that great, and didn't want to push it too hard, because I have a race on saturday. Went out about 4 miles, going just over 7 minute pace. Came back pretty fast. It was dark and raining though, and I was jumping on and off the road trying to dodge cars. With about a mile to go, I took a pretty nasty digger, and jogged the rest of the way.
