Comments:
The wind sucked, but me, Greg, and Hoover did the workout anyway. The goal was to start at a slow 400, and take 5 seconds off each time with 2 minutes rest between each. My first won was fast, but I only took 3-4 seconds off each time. Did 5 400s, then an easy 3 miles with Greg and Hoover and 2 more with Greg after that.
