Adding a bit more speed

Weather: at Torne on treadmill

Comments:
Have a writtend workout plan for next 4 weeks that gets progressively harder and begins to majorly increase the distance. Trying to build base so I can have confidence when i speed up I will finish. Today 2 miles on 7 min and rest then 2 miles on 9 minutes. Have blister on foot and feel like it might be a challenge. Finished complete workout. 2 x7 min miles was a push but the hardest was the 2 x9 min miles, the last 1/3 mile i was cramping but ran through it.
