shooting for 15-19, ended up doing 12. felt the best i've felt since this started, but knee turned into a mess right at 12 and decided to stop immediately and have Carrie come and get me! it is time for new shoes

Got a fuel belt and some energy gels and they worked out great! should have been using them sooner
