Weather: 46, cool, breezy, rainy

Comments:
Stayed inside due to weather and need to get in intervals on mill. Felt very sluggish during warm up mile and first 2 min interval was hard but got easier, did 6x400 with 1 min slow jog and 1 min walk for recovery which helped to keep numb foot.rt shin pain away. Also did 4x200 with slow min job in between. Went by quick with all the speed changes and no major pain which is a plus, feeling a bit tired so didn't get the full enjoy feel.
