Comments:
Good day for me, bad for the team. Lost the meet 79-63. Managed to PR in 400, 800 and 3200 despite only running 2 events. Went out in 63 on the 800, which I think is the fastest I've ever done a 400, came back in 69 for a 2:12 (also a PR). Later in the meet Matt and I traded off the lead (which meant blocking the wind, which was strong today) in the 2 mile and I ended up running 10:20 for it. Pretty good day for me, losing to Vestal always sucks though.
