Comments:
3x1000 at tempo pace was supposed to be between 3:15-3:20. 1 minute rest in between. Brutal wind on back straight. 150's felt tough but were definitely good to practice running fast while tired. Legs were a bit tired from yesterday, hopefully I'll be fine for Relays.
