Comments:
I asked Aaron what workouts to do this week and he referred me to Zwatty who told me to try a ladder workout. The team was doing repeat 400s and I asked Kell if I could do the ladder but he declined. I wasn't too exciting but I was doing the repeat 400s anyway. The first one was extremely slow and definitely felt it. I pushed out the rest and went all out for each of the last two. The first 4 felt fairly easy and the 5th felt great. The last one I went out hard and died. My quads were burning but I was able to finish strong. Laps in between each and middle school course for a cooldown.
