Went 62, 66, 66.... 71. Heat got to me on the last lap I guess, too bad. Ran solo, maybe 4:22 effort considering the weather? Whatever. 4:25 is my new 4:31

Legs felt awful, ran alone again, felt harder than it should obviously. I guess I recovered quickly which is good.
Guess it was kind of hard to come off of penn last weekend, good to get the bad one out of the way now. UGhhh
