we did a 17:00 minute warmup thru hillcrest into doe run to old hartford and green acres,back to school.
Track workout
8x100 meter strides..70%
distance gang. 5x300 meter repeats from 55-60 sec.
70 meter walk then jog back to start
1 mile of straights/curves fast on the curve 90% speed.. then 2x200's in pairs.. 5 minute grass cooldown.
mid-distance.. 8x150 meter repeats (fast)
1 mile of straights/curves fast on the curves recover on the straights.. 5 minute grass cooldown.
good solid workout..
