Week 10 Long Run

Weather: Drizzly at first, nice at end

Comments:
Felt pretty good again for my 20 miler though my legs were very tired by the end. I didn't feel completely exhausted physically though. Holly again ran the last 8 or so with me. The 20 milers are going much better than my Philly marathon training, which I'm very happy with.
