alright don't know how to record this as a log type of thing but i did regular warm ups. then did 5 reps of 4 one step hurdles. moved umm in two more times which is good. then did 110 quick steps with the hurdles at girls distance so worked more on quickness. then i did 4x60 meter parachute runs into the wind. good stuff good stuff.
