another morning run at nazereth. had a stomach ache going into it but didnt bother my running much. ran a 600 with 200 hurdles 200 off. then did a 400 meter with 200 hurdles 200 flat. then finally a 300 with zones. soo dead after this one. i still think i can get to states in the 300s. these runs were with a 10 min break.
