Weather: Worst wind ever at a meet, over 30mph
Comments:
1500 solo in a weak field, basically a time trial. Wind was absolutely awful, took at least a little over a second per lap. Just wanted to get out hard to see how it felt. Worth low 4:20's on a calm day which i'm fine with. 95% effort
Half hour later was a fartlek, 3 on 2 off x 6. Legs a little heavy but glad to do it
