Comments:
3 by 3 by 3. each set of 3 was soppposed to be faster. first set 3k pace, 2nd set 1500 pace and 3rd set faster than 15 pace. i messsed up on the first set because i thought each individual three was gonna get faster but the rest of the workout was good.
