Comments:
Long warmup, 2 laps ins-and-outs, followed by 8x150 at 400 pace in spikes with full recovery. Pretty crisp, all right around 19 with a couple of 19 flats towards the end. Overall not a super hard workout but very high quality, upper body hurt a lot in the last two. Long cooldown. Felt really good today
