Week 13 Long Run

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 60's to start, 70's in the end

Comments:
Very disheartening run. My previous 20 milers went pretty well, while this one couldn't have gone worse. My legs were on fire 2 or 3 miles in and I was barely running below 9 minute pace. I had to stop and take a breather at least a dozen times and almost stopped permanently at around mile 14. Luckily, I pushed through after stopping for a bit and luckily it was downhill for a while after I stopped. I also took a GU, which helped. My legs just feel absolutely wiped out and they have nothing in them. I'm getting new shoes, so hopefully that helps.
