Week 14 Eliptical

Comments:
I'm trying to work the kinks out of my legs after the past couple weeks of runs. I got new shoes and interestingly enough, the lady at the store who helped me out told me the shoes I had been running with only last 200 miles (which I'm pretty sure I was well passed), so that might explain my leg pain. So, I headed to the gym, even though my knees have been in rough shape after the 21 miler (going up and down stairs has sucked big time) and felt good working out on the elliptical. Kind of feel like I'm going to continue to do this once or twice a week leading up to the marathon. Legs felt better afterwards since I didn't have all that pounding on them.
